If your review is not delivered within 7 working days of submitting your documents, you can ask for a full refund, processed within 45 days.

For packs, TrustCheck reports and FilingShield, write to us if the product was not delivered or did not work as described. Approved refunds are processed within 45 days.

How to ask

Write to director@innovexsis.com with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within45 days.

What a refund doesn't cover

A visa refusal by a government is not by itself grounds for a refund, because we never promise an outcome.
