Privacy policy

This policy explains how Innovexsis Consulting LLP ("we"), which operates AlternateVisa, handles your personal data. Registered address: 102 Orchid Business Park, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana, India. Contact: director@innovexsis.com.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, and phone number if you sign in with WhatsApp.
• What you enter into tools and plans (for example your visa situation or key dates).
• Documents you upload for a paid review — stored privately and visible only to you and assigned reviewers.
• Payment records (amount, status, reference). Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see them.
• Technical data: pages visited, device, referring site, and error reports to keep the site working.

Email and WhatsApp consent

• We send messages through WhatsApp (via our messaging provider) and email. We don't use SMS.
• Policy alerts use double opt-in: you confirm your subscription before we send anything.
• Every message includes a way to stop. You can also reply STOP on WhatsApp or unsubscribe by email.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics and ad-measurement cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We also store where you first came from (for example a search engine or AI assistant) to understand which channels help people. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Why we use your data

• To provide the tools and services you ask for (contract).
• To send messages you opted in to (consent).
• To keep the service secure and fix errors (legitimate interest).
• To meet tax and accounting law for payments (legal obligation).

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Uploaded documents and lead records are kept safely in private, access-controlled storage for 180 days after your case closes, then deleted.

Your rights and deletion requests

Sharing

We share data only with providers that run the service for us (hosting, database, email, WhatsApp messaging, payments) and with reviewers you have booked. We don't sell personal data.
